Updating nutritional info?
Hi guys, so I've lost 6.3kg (13lbs) since I started in late feb (woohoo!) and when I entered it today it asked me if I wanted mfp to update my nutritional limits/amounts. 30 day shred-how many cals are burning?
Has anyone been doing the 30 day shred DVD and figured out how many calories (roughly) are being burned for each level? I'm not very good at this sort of thing (figuring calories/excersize types) and was just wondering if anyone knew =S please help!
