gaining weight?
ive been on this site since june and have not lost but actually gained weight, has this happened to anyone else? I work out doing kickboxing for 5 days a week and stick to my 1,200 calorie goal. I know that during kickboxing you gain muscle but this is just depressing. Im thinking maybe i should change to yoga or pilates…

kickboxing teacher told me...
my kickboxing teacher told me that if i want to diet I should cut out anything white (breads, rice, pasta, etc) and stick to colorful foods. I trust him but I would like to hear from a few other sources before I go all out into this diet. What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

slow to come off?
ive been on here for a month as of today and I've only had two pounds come off, every other day i gain it back, drop three pounds then gain it back, then drop it again. I'm so confused, I'm not looking to give up but I'm just curious. I've been working out and staying under my calorie goal. Is this normal? If anyone else…

disappointment
I've been doing this for about a month now, I have not lost a single pound, if i do it comes right back the next day and its discouraging. I don't cheat and clock in everything i eat and drink. I exercise. I just dont understand it. What should i do? Should i not clock in the exercise so that i don't the extra earned…
