I've been doing this for about a month now, I have not lost a single pound, if i do it comes right back the next day and its discouraging. I don't cheat and clock in everything i eat and drink. I exercise. I just dont understand it. What should i do? Should i not clock in the exercise so that i don't the extra earned calories? Help
