I'm looking for a healthier alternative to rice or noddles for a chicken and vegi Stir-Fry. Any ideas?

Is my calories burned correct?
I just walked for 70 min at a speed of 3.2mph, it's around 3.3 miles walked. When I logged it my exercise jurnal it said that I burned over 600 calories. Is this right or wrong? I'm not complaining but it just seams like too many.

How to ad a homemade meal?
Hi, I new at this so I don't know or understand how to ad a meal say a stirfry to my calorie counter? Do I have to ad each item as its own entry? Any help will be great. Adam
