Support system pleeease!
I'm Brooke, nice to meetcha :D I'm 5'3 and used to weigh 165 but got down to 151 with Atkins. Now I just wanna be healthy instead of avoiding this and that. I'd loveee to get down to 135 but we'll see. I need friends on here! I update almost every day, just need support :(

Need advice.. Between a rock and a hard place!
I need variety to stay motivated, and as far as exercise goes I have been doing Pilates and walking outside almost every day.
