Need advice.. Between a rock and a hard place!

I need variety to stay motivated, and as far as exercise goes I have been doing Pilates and walking outside almost every day. That gets old though.. walking past the same houses everyday and doing the same routine. I need variety. BUT my problem is I have a problem with my lungs and can't exactly go for a jog or jump rope for a while.. Is there anything that I can do that is effective but doesn't knock the wind out of ya?

Could you go for a bike ride? Maybe go swimming?0

There are about a billion different yoga, pilates and barre DVDs out that can change things up. Quite a few on Netflix and even free on Youtube. Also check out Les Mills Pump for strength training - you'll get your heartrate up but not out of breath.0

Trying swimming, or even try an exercise bike! Its not breathe taking, but its an amazing workout! Try getting an inhaler or something to help you with your lungs too (:0
