First day using myfitnesspal!

Hey y'all!! My info? 20 year old soon-to-be nursing student that works in a restaurant for a living. My goals? To lose 40 lbs in 8 months for a wedding that I will be a bridesmaid in.

I literally just got a gym membership yesterday and went wild at the local grocery store getting all of the necessities for clean eating.
