Prednisone and low carbing
Help. I think I've pinched a nerve in my neck. (Did it once before a few years ago) The doc gave me a round of prednisone...maybe a couple of weeks or so....to fix it. Any atkins/low carbers here?
I was a swimmer LONG before I was a low carber(about 7 weeks now.) I've found that I dont have a lot of energy reserve for any long distance swims...even my pre-atkins workouts are a struggle now. Anyone else low carbing and swimming and have any tips?
