Best free at home exercise
Hey guys, I'm just wondering,what are the best free, at home exercise programs/ exercises that burn the most calories and promote good weight loss? Right now I'm doing the 200 situps and 200 squats challenges, plus about 20 minutes of cardio on my 3 off days, with one day of rest, do you guys have any advice for me? Thanks

Best Yoga/Stretching Programs
Just wondering if anyone knows any EXCELLENT yoga/stretching programs that I could do? I really want to increase flexibility and be able to still keep moving, even if it's something light on my rest days.

Milk and Ice Cream issues
Sometimes, after I eat a certain type of ice cream or drink a lot of milk, I get a really upset stomach, does this ever happen to any of you? I don't think I'm lactose- intolerant but I'm still not really sure. How do you all deal with this if it happens to you?
