KNEE WRAPS
I've been gradually adding heavier weights to my squats, deadlifts, and leg press routines (love my leg days) my knees usually do not bother me until the next day. BCAA's...
Does anyone take BCAA's? I just started weight training a few weeks ago and was told that I should take BCAA's and Creatine. I think I will pass on the Creatine but am still debating over BCAA's. Are they really beneficial?

I've lost 6 pound in a little over a week and after reading a few posts I am wondering if I am losing it correctly. How can I tell if I am burning lean muscle or fat??
