I've lost 6 pound in a little over a week and after reading a few posts I am wondering if I am losing it correctly. How can I tell if I am burning lean muscle or fat?? I really like MFP but Im not sure about the grids and percentages that I am looking at. Can someone please help!!! Thanks :flowerforyou:
