if you have sore muscles from a workout should you do the same workout (at a lesser level maybe) again the next day or a different workout to work different muscles?

is that an accomplishment? Towards the end of my 60 minute cardio I lost it...but I finished the workout! Thought I was going to collapse in the shower too my legs were shaking so badly. Man, I'm beat!!!

poor sleeping
I have a really hard time sleeping. I was hoping that with eating a healthier diet and exercising more that I would sleep better. Does anyone have any tips on getting a good nights sleep?

I am slowing down in my weight loss. I'm on cycle 3 right now. I plan to redo cycle 1 as soon as cycle 3 is done. I feel I need to reset again. I got a bit off. I had a friend die, school start, finacial issues....lots of stress. I will keep plugging along for this cycle though.

I just found out that my friend lost her battle with cancer. She has a 11 month old baby that will never get to know what a great mom she had. I'm sad. I just finished eating my kids leftovers which I never do. I need to stop mindless eating. I need to go work out and burn out some of these sad feelings. Help

another week down...another cycle complete. Today is day 2 of cycle 3 for me....and I celebrated by eating pizza! UGH! Not the best way to start!! Tomorrow is another day a new beginning!

Today is day 12 of Cycle 2 for me. I am not doing as well with cycle 2. I had a lot of stuff going on last week that through me off but I am still losing...just not as fast as I'd like. Should I start over with cycle 1 or can I prolong cycle 2 by a week? any ideas?
