Someone get me off my butt!!!!

The kids are all occupied with chores and the baby is playing quietly with the 4 year old. I could be working out right now. Some one get me off my butt!!!!

    What can you do while you're watching the kids right now? Are there any exercise videos you have? If you can get out of the house or out of the bedroom, just walk. Run up stairs if you have them - if not, just forego all self-conscience and speed walk around your house! :) I find myself looking for things to clean when I feel like I should be exercising, often just moving your body around a bit like that can burn more than you'd guess at first glance!

    40 Squats
    2 Minutes of plank (one attempt if you can)

    Remember, YOU are the only one that can do this for YOU! ;) How bad do you want this?? I just yawned through the entire "Ripped in 30" video, thought I would pass out, but I did it! You CAN, too! :)

    Turn on some music with an upbeat tempo and dance. Most songs run between 3 and 4 minutes. Dance for 6 songs minimum, 7 or 8 would be better. The children might even join you and have a wonderful time.

    Edit: A bit of stretching is always a good thing too.

    I've done that. 17 in one set with nearly my max weight. I was flat out on the floor for 2 or 3 mins.

    thanks all. I did manage to find the elliptical machine and I did 30 minutes....and I'm sweating now. Hope you're all happy now!!
