Workout question
Why do some individuals wait for 1 minuted in between sets at the gym? It makes more sense to me to keep going fast to keep your heart rate up. Whats the logic in it?

Have you tired Grilling Cheese?

Just started excersises..weight gain..When loose?

Made the best Chicken tonight
Flattened boneless skinless chicken breasts, marinated in Roasted Tomatillo Salsa and Lime. BBQ.. on the last turn at a spoon full of Salsa and a 1/2 a slice of Havarti cheese. Yummy!

I found this interesting. I thought you subtracted the fill value of the Sugar Alcohol.
