How many days have you logged on MFP and how many lbs lost?
For me, it has been 91 days. I have lost 17 pounds. I need 3 more pounds to reach my first goal weight and 13 more pounds to reach my ultimate goal weight.

How much do you deviate from your daily goal?
I find it hard to exactly reach my daily goal. On average, I am 100 calories under or over my goal. If I am over, I usually try to make up for it the next day, but I don't worry about it too much if I don't. If I'm under, I only eat if I'm hungry, but if I'm not hungry, I allow myself a treat the next day.

Should I log food that I only take a bite?

Is it harmful to eat back my deficit calories on another day
Or at the end of the week? For example, let's say my calorie goal for each day is 1200. I end up only eating 1150 calories each day.
