My BMI is 27 which has me as overweight, but my bodyfat is 25 %, which is considered healthy?
Which is more accurate?

Several studies show being in the just overweight spectrum of BMI is actually healthier than the healthy range (studies of disease susceptibility, lifespan, and overall health).
Body fat % is always more important though. I've been at a 30 BMI and 10% body fat, so I'm very cynical towards studies using strictly BMI.0 -
Body fat is more meaningful. Many bodybuilders would be considered obese based solely on BMI.
BMI is useful when dealing with populations but less so on an individual basis.0 -
BMI is a rough estimate aimed at the average person. Body fat percentage, as long as it's accurately tested, is always going to be what you want to go by.0

BMI is a scam, body fat is the only true measure.0
