Bowel problems since change in diet. Thoughts?

I've been using MFP to track my calories for two weeks now. I'm 5`0, SW 155, CW 147, GW 125 (for now). MFP wants me to eat 1200 calories, but my daily average is closer to 1100, some days less than this when I exercise. Since the second day of my diet, my poop has been soft and watery. This last week I've increased my water intake, but my stool hasn't changed.
Any thoughts on what could be happening.

Are you eating different foods than usual? If you are adding in more veggies or yogurt then it may be your body adjusting.0
