Scooby gives me a bmr of 1440 and tdee of 1900ish, can't remember exactly, for lightly active. MFP tells me something totally different and gives me between 1200 and 1320 to eat. Lower back ache- am I doing it wrong?
I ran through some practice lifts so hubby could correct my form if needed before I work out without him. I did 1x5 squats and over head press @ 35 lbs and barbell rows @ 65 and deadlifts @ 85.
