It's not much and it took me 3 LONG months to do it. But I finally lost the first 10 pounds I can't see it or feel it in most clothes but some fit a little different maybe. I expected it to be more dramatic but, I'm happy. I stalled on stronglifts at home and its no longer safe for me to do it without joining the gym and idk If I'm emotionally ready for that yet. So, I started the 30 day shred yesterday. I picked up my dusty 3 pounder and was like lol! But, it's actually really hard! I guess strength doesn't prepare you for stamina? Fingers crossed I can lose the next 10 in less than 3 months!

Good luck! It took me since Jan 1st to lose 10lbs too. I plan on doing 30DS when I'm within 10lbs of goal:)0

Well, first off CONGRATULATIONS on your first 10 pounds!! No matter if it's 3, 6, or 9 months, you lost 10 pounds, and that is pure awesome! You should be incredibly proud and excited for your next 10, eh?
It took me a while to join the gym again (just joined last week)... I've been on MFP since mid-January and have simply been doing the "Calories In/Calories Out" plan, along with daily walks and a few Insanity sessions...
I have total faith that with dedication (that I'm positive you have, right?) you'll be able to kick 10 lbs more off yourself... and then some!
