My husband did the grocery shopping yesterday, never a good idea but I was sick! He brought home this ginormous tub of creatine. Idk what it even is or what it's for! I do stronglifts 3x a week and light cardio 2x a week. He says its good for me and I should drink it. Why? Does anyone here take it and does it do any good? He tries very hard to be supportive lol

Creatine is often included in protein supplements. It is healthy for you and good when you are lifting, however be careful you don't take in too much because it can cause kidney problems in excessively large quantities, same as protein.0
