Gym in 20 mins - help!
Going to the gym in 20 minutes. First time exercising since Saturday owing to an injury. Going to ask for help from the guys there with the resistance machines as I don't want to do cardio today. Any tips? Any at all? :)

"Everything in Moderation"
I don't go by this theory, mainly owing to the fact that having a 'moderate' amount of one thing to one person could be an entire portion to another. What do you consider to be a 'moderate' portion or 'bad' foods? E.g. chocolate, crisps, fizzy drinks, alcohol, etc.

I've lost almost a stone but seemingly no inches?
Hello I've lost 1lb shy of a stone in the past 7-8 weeks, and today I measured my waist and hips for the first time since and they have remained at: 36 inches and 47 inches I find this hard to believe as I do feel smaller in the waist area. I don't think I am bloated. Is this normal?
