Can you do crunches sitting down?!
My stomach is one of my main problem areas. I look like I've been pregnant with seventeen sets of quadruplets in the past year or so. I work in an office for about 11 hours a day (and I do go to the gym during lunch hour 3ish times a week plus most Saturdays and I'm trying my very best to convince myself to do the 30 Day…

I'M OVERWEIGHT!
After years of obesity, I am finally classed as "overweight". This is going by BMI which I know is totally NOT an accurate reading of how healthy you are. But the label is nice. It is nice to know that the numbers keep going down. Height - 5'8 Start weight May 2012 - 231 lbs (16 stone 7) Start BMI - 35.1 Current weight Jan…

I am going to try and sell my nicer, more recent items which I do not want anymore. Is this allowed on MFP? I'm not sure how I would go about it. I have never used eBay either so…

Little bursts of different exercises or one big cardio sesh?
Up until last week in the gym I'd do a 30min session on one machine..usually treadmill..but predictably I got ultra bored. Last week I tried 10 mins treadmill, 10 mins cross trainer and 10 mins bike. Vitamin A overdose
Everyday I tend to eat about 500% over my RDA of vitamin A.......... I have looked at my diary and I think it is mainly because I eat a lot of spinach. Anything would be greatly appreciated. There are no foods I would not try. :) (EXCEPT MUSSELS!!!!) Thank you!

Hello, I feel so happy for people sharing their before and after pics, and this is definitely more of a before and during picture, but I feel successful all the same.
