you know you say "the last 20lbs are stubborn" - how does your body know that you are trying to lose "the last 20lbs"? coz i've got about 28 left to go and i don't think my body realises. it might think i have like.. 40 to go. or 10. it's a strange statement to read and this is a genuine question not a smart *kitten*…

i think the best way to lose weight is to eat an appropriate amount of calories per day which varies from person to person, keep healthy and exercise

Interesting. I work in a bank, we have paid sick days. I don't get why is woman has come in so ill. I had norovirus a couple of weeks ago. I stayed the hell at home til I felt better. I am considerate like that :)

I'd only ever work out at home if I'm ill because I know better than to spread my illness at a gym. If you feel okay to work out, do, but PLEASE don't take your germs outside. I really hate it when people do that.

Mine came today too! Tastes exactly like real peanut butter so I'm happy. I had a serving on toast, then another serving (just to double check) on half a banana sliced. Not really recipes but I loveeeeed it.

That's why i'm aiming for high protein. I don't think I'll be that hungry; I am fine with low calorie breakfasts and lunches anyway as I'm so busy at work!

I really don't like fruit with cottage cheese.. The celery idea is an excellent one. In fact anything salad-y is a good idea because I love salad.
