I need some diet help!

INC wall of text:
I have no idea if this topic has already been created but I'll try my luck anyway.
I want to eat right but ever since I was a kid I found that I was allergic to most fruits and raw veggies.
Most diets include raw veggies and fruits, which is my problem, I can't eat most of them.
However, I find I can eat grapes, raw celery is okay, green pepper (red, and yellow too) and cucumber is what I found that I can eat. Cooked veggies are also okay.
I really don't want to take supplements. Way up in Northern Canada they're expensive. Plus I've heard they're not that great for you.
So I'm asking the kind people on here to help and give ideas on what I can do to get my nutrients even though I'm allergic to almost all raw veggies and fruits.
:)

Ok, work with what you can eat. I'm allergic to whey and casein proteins, which makes eating healthy and enough protein a challenge!

I don't eat a lot of raw veggies or even fruits myself. I kinda cheat b/c I drink Shakeology, which gives me a full day's worth of veggies in one shake (which, incidentally, is the same price regardless of where you are in Canada).

I do eat a lot of oven roasted veggies, which is my fave way to prepare them! I eat a lot of tomatoes, too, though, but I will never be a raw celery or cauliflower eater. I'm too busy eating protein, anyway lol

Ah, thank you for your reply! The thing is I don't think people understand how utterly annoying it is to be allergic to almost everything when I'm trying so hard to be healthy but can't enjoy healthy foods. Oven-roasted sounds amazing. Never heard of Shakeology, I will give that a try also. Thank you for helping :)

Lol really? What would you suggest for fruits? I've tried things such as cooked apples, peaches, pears and bananas with same results as if I was eating them raw. Surely there's something I can do to help get my fruits in?

Using a product like Ensure would give you added nutrition. Seeking advice from a nutritionist might be wise with the restrictions you have.
