Morning all,
so 3 weeks in and in need of a fizzy drink, I am planning on only sticking to the Zeros or Maxes, is it worth logging them? or just class them as a liquid ? they state zero for all of the contents??

The 7up Zero that I drank the other day still had 5 calories in it0

personally I don't log them0

I don't.
Remember it's consistency that matters.0 -
They're not really worth being logged calorie wise but nutrient wise maybe since these kinds of drinks are actually more dangerous to consume than their sugary versions.0
-
how many do you think you might drink on your thirstiest day?0

i log everything i put into my mouth - i would do that if i were you - good habit!0

I do because some contain sodium. I like to track everything.0

I drink 500ml Sugar Free everyday (I enjoy it) but don't log it. I wouldn't drink any more than that if I were you, and I'm sure many would say not to drink any at all. But are you better to have a limited amount of diet or a limited amount of full fat? For calorie counting there is only one answer.
And for all those that will post to say don't drink any, just have a read of the ingredients of any diet food/drink. And I mean really read it and understand what it all is. You wouldn't go near it with a barge pole if you wanted a nutritious meal.0 -
I personally don't. But, if you want to get in the habbit of logging everything it might be a good idea. I really don't think it matters either way. It is totally up to you.0

So try sparking water with lime cordial (16 cal)
Or with squeezed lemon juice and lemon slices (5 cal)
No chemicals, but I still log because even sparkling water has mineral content that you may want to track.0 -
I don't, but I only have one every few days because I try not to eat too many processed foods... I sometimes bore myself trying to be healthy :ohwell:0
