Powerplate/Vibration plate

What would I record it as on here? I did it for about 5 mins at the end of my cardio, a few dif exercises.

    I put it under stretching.....or I just dont log it.

    Failing that you need a HRM to judge it.

    It's not so much so I can see how many cals I burnt, just more to keep track of what I actually do. I will probs just put it under strength. Thanks x
