you can log it as 'circuit training general' - as long as you have breaks to lift boxes up stairs and answer the door etc x0 -
No. There is actually no such thing as toning as you cant alter the shape of your muscles. You can cut fat and reveal muscles but thats about it.0

I wasnt trying to be rude. Also, i am pretty sure when you end your sentence in a "?" The indicates a question that was asked. Also writing "just wondering" is another way to ask a question. So yes, you did ask a questioned. I answered and you took it to be harsh.0 -

seems like a legitimate answer to me.... perhaps a comma or a "..." after the word toning to make people take a pause and actually read what the sentence is saying.... simpler terms : you can't "tone" your muscles, you can burn fat and make your muscles more noticable"0 -
