Almost a YEAR
Aug. 30 will mark ONE YEAR of none smoking! As of today, August 14, 2013 I have NOT smoked 4,186 cigarettes and I saved $1,203.74!

Injured
So I was really bummed not being able to run my race yesterday due to a foot injury (metatarsalgia) or ball of foot pain. I haven't been able to run since the last week of January. 5 lbs in 4 days
Question: I lost four pounds in five days. How healthy is that? I have been limiting my caloric intake to a minimum and I run about four miles per day. I also take in about eight cups of water per day as well. Any insight would be helpful. You guys are the best.
