7 Days into 30DS (30 Day Shred) info swap
I started 30 Day shred the 1st of may and run 2 miles a day in addition to the 30DS. I initially had very sore muscles and could not do all of the first circuit strength due to lack of upper body strength (those squat and presses are murder after push-ups!)
