Home Stretch but I need help!

Ok so I went from 218 to 151 by running my butt of and dieting... I looked in the mirror and realized I had lost a lot of muscle mass and desired to stop running and start lifting.

For the past month and a half I have been lifting and watching what I eat and I am seeing decent results... but I still have this small layer of fat on my abs....

do I just need to be patient here or is there something more I can do to loose the last little bit?
