What Calories Do I Enter in MFP?
My BMR is 1498; TDEE is 2322 and Cut Value (?) is1741. Which one do I enter in my goals in MFP and do I still track my activity which adds back calories at the end of the day?

This Can't Be Right...Can It?!!
I just did the calculations per Scooby and it says I should eat 1857 calories/day which is fine. But based on the 40/30/30 ratio I should be eating 186 carbs a day?!!! SERIOUSLY?!!

I just discovered our local store has a squirt bottle of monk fruit sweetener...all natural, zero calories. I've heard of it before but I'm wondering if anyone out there has used it and what you think of it.

OK, you guys have just helped me learn something about the macros. In looking back over my almost 2 weeks I seem to be consistently going over my sugars and fats. Can someone look at my diary and give me some suggestions on getting my numbers more in line?
