So I have to lose 9 lbs in about 2-3 weeks. I have bounced in and out with Keto over the past few years. I have gotten back on the keto wagon a few days ago. Water retention, swollen legs
I just came back from a trip and my body is retaining so much fluid. I had a long flight and on top of already retaining fluid my legs are so swollen. Are there any foods that can help get rid of the water retention? Or anything that will help? The scale went up 5 lbs but I know I is not fat. Any advise is helpful at this…

Biggest meal of the day?
I am noticing that lately if I have a protein shake in the morning a large lunch and a shake in the evening I am able to keep within my calorie range and not going to bed hrungry.
