Question regarding BMI & medium vs. large frame
So, I've always thought I was a large frame, but when I "retested" myself today, my fingers barely touch around my wrist. It hurts my wrist to do so; does it still count?? I mean, it only changes my ideal weight (according to my BMI) by about 10 lbs. Does anyone have any knowledge on this, and does it really matter?

HR too high?
Hi all. I finished W1 last week as did most of you; I did okay with all the runs and didn't skip any, and still felt great (not exhausted or anything). Help eating Protein
Since I've started tracking, I've noticed a trend that I don't hit my protein amount . . . ever.
