Always exceed carb allowance. Help!
Hello, since joining MFP in July, I have ALWAYS exceeded my carbs allowance. My diary is open. I have my macro set to 40-30-30. Tips and tricks on reducing carb intake would be greatly appreciated :)

Skins compression gear
Does anyone have skins compression gear? I am thinking about buying some A400 shorts. But the size guide is weird, i weigh 55-56kgs. The size guide recommends xs for 55kg and s for 56kg. COmments about this brand of clothes will be great, espcially if you can give insight on fit etc.

Hello, are you meant to eat BELOW TDEE-20% or ABOVE TDEE-20%? This is for weight loss. I understand that you should be eating above BMR but what about TDEE-20%? I want to know if I need to continue forcing food so I can go over my TDEE-20%

Is going by TDEE correct?
I am 19 years old and I weigh 125 pounds (56.9kg), 5 foot 2 (1.59m). I want to weigh 108 pounds (49kg). I do strength/weight training for an hour, 4 times a week and I do 45min cardio 2-3times a week. My BMR is 1398. So going on a 1200 calorie diet wouldn't bad for my body.
