Hello, are you meant to eat BELOW TDEE-20% or ABOVE TDEE-20%?
This is for weight loss. I understand that you should be eating above BMR but what about TDEE-20%? I want to know if I need to continue forcing food so I can go over my TDEE-20%

Going over the amount of calories your body needs would result in weight gain. Your TDEE is the amount calories you burn doing everyday things, depending on how active you are.
So you would need to eat less than your TDEE to lose weight. Just make sure your TDEE is accurate though.0 -
