I know how you feel! I always over eat when I am with my bf. my tips to combat this is to do your own portion size, and remember you don't have to eat when he eats. For example, when my bf and I go out to eat and I'm not hungry, I just order a drink such as a trim coffee etc while he eats.

Yeah, I was more conscious of what I was eating today. Cutting down on my banana and cookies. I think it was I would eat heaps of banana because I thought it was healthy so I could eat heaps. I do find there is some truth to the diet though. I have IBS and I think being O blood type has something to do with it. I was put on the low fodmap diet and my symptoms have improved. I looked into the O blood type diet and the food allowed and not allowed are very similar, almost identical.

What I did was make it with ground turkey rather than ground beef. Add in heaps of beans to add in protein and fiber. Use greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Reduce fat cheese. And we have these crackers where I am from which is made from 4 grains and is gluten free. That's what I ate today :)

If you are on a low FODMAP diet then this irritates the stomach. If you don't experience any problems then I don't see anything wrong with it

I do lying side leg raises and squats with 1 dumbell (spread your legs a bit more wider than normal squats and point the toes at 11 and 1). I did those aswell as lunges, squats, calve raises and my thighs no longer touch :)

Yes! They are amazing! I used to be a museli and yogurt kind of girl but now I am converted! My favourite flavor is strawberry and rhubarb. If you put greek yogurt in too it makes it taste devine!

I got Lebanon. Lower BMI than 77% of females in NZ aged 15-29 and a higher BMI than 55% of the world. Pretty good to see I'm on the smaller side out of my country lol
