Blood type diet

Hey, is there anyone who has tried this diet and it has improved their wellbeing?

    Judging by the lack of scientific evidence to support it, you may as well diet as according to your star sign.

    I do find there is some truth to the diet though. I have IBS and I think being O blood type has something to do with it. I was put on the low fodmap diet and my symptoms have improved. I looked into the O blood type diet and the food allowed and not allowed are very similar, almost identical.

    This subject is the perfect example of why us statisticians say correlation does not equal causation. You can correlate many things together spuriously and never end up with a cause.
