Hit A Plateau
I've seem to hit a plateau in loosing weight. I'm currently doing weight lifting. I just finished my first week of weight lifting. I'm not sure how many calories too eat or macros. I'm currently trying to eat 1,200 but i've not seen results. I used to loose 1 pound a week. Any help would be much appreciated.

I not sure if i should take this
Is it good to take Quest Protein powder shakes at night? I see it has whey protein isolate which has 60% and Micellar casein which has 40%. At this time i don't have just Casein protein. I'm just wondering if it's ok to take this before bed time.

I'm looking for a pre workout but i'm not sure which are good and bad. I'm at the moment trying to loose weight and gain lean muscle.

Trying to figure out calorie count
So i'm currently doing Les Mills Combat with is a beach body program. It says i need to eat 1,900 calories in order to loose weight. MyFitnesspal has me at 1,200. Should i stick to 1,200 or go to 1,900? I'm not 100% sure on this.

I'm currently using Designer Whey. I'm wondering if there a better protein powder? I'm also wondering if there is something i can take that gives me a bit of an energy boost before working out? Lately I have seem to have no energy when doing my work outs or runs.
