Pre-workout supplement

I'm doing a Beachbody program called Les Mills Combat. I need a pre-workout supplement. I'm kind of sensitive to caffeine also. I right now have been using Optimum Nutrition AMIN.O. Energy - Fruit Fusion. I'm getting headaches for some reason. So i'm going to discontinue using it. I know it's not a pre-workout. It says it can be used as one on the bottle. I'm currently looking for a pre-workout one. Also one that doesn't take bad if that's possible. I'm looking at all my options also.

What is the workout like? Why do you want the pre-workout exactly? Not judging. I take one but just wondering before I make a suggestion.

I use Condense. It's a clean energy pre-workout. There's no harsh stuff and it tastes really good. I have Melonberry cooler. There are no banned substances. I think it would be good for you if you don't want the jitters.

Since you are already on a Beachbody program... Beachbody has a product called "E&E" (Energy and Endurance Formula) that you can use as a pre-workout formula. You can check it out here: www.beachbodycoach.com/esuite/home/KOfitmomof4
Click "shop", then "Nutrition and Supplements" then "Sports Performance". Keep up the great work!

It'll be hard to find a good pre workout without caffeine, but there's also BCAAs which are a Pre/Intra/Post drink mainly for muscle recovery and synthesis. And producing energy especially if it contains beta alanine another amino acid responsible for energy and endurance. I always take mine during those long workouts or before on cardio days.
