Cardio Vs Weights help!
Hi :) Wonder if anyone can help - I'm looking to lose around 50-60lbs, should I start weight training straight away or focus on cardio first and introduce weight training later? Obviously going to tidy up my eating and have a balanced and healthy diet from the get go. Thanks!

Plateauing :(:(
Does anyone have any tips on how to get out of a weight loss plateau??? I feel like I have a short bout of success and then I just keep plateauing all the time!! It's so frustrating and really demotivating atm :( If anyone has beaten plateaus themselves or would like to help a girl out, do let me know!

whats more important - calories or lowcarb???
so 2 things: -cut refined carbs (keeping healthy stuff like fruit/veg/sweet potatoes/quinoa/ryebread ETC) -reduce your calories to a certain limit (eg 1200 a day) GRANTED its better to do both (so please dont say both! because i knoww :P) but im just curious from people who have experienced it personally, which is more…

anybody tried calorie cycling???
EG if you were aiming for 1200 calories a day, if you had say 1000 Mon, tues, thurs, sat and 1466 wed, fri, sun I heard it can get your metabolism going? Has anyone had any good experiences with calorie cycling or is it just YET another fad...????
