Does anyone else dance for any part of their fitness routine? I typically take 2 belly dance and 2 ballet classes a week. These are actual dance classes, not at a gym.

Whole body vibration machine
Hi All, I have started using the whole body vibe machine to work on stability. Right now I just stand on it. It says it burns the same as walking 3.0mph. Has anyone done this? What kind of results have you gotten? How do you log it? Thanks!

PCOS and Vegan
Hi All, I am a Vegan kind of by force (I am allergic to almost all meats, eggs give me migraines and dairy causes my cholesterol to go through the roof). I keep hearing that for those that have PCOS you have to do low carb. I am wondering if anyone else is vegan and has PCOS. How has success been? Thanks, Monica

Anyone else upset at Starbucks?
I am wondering if anyone else is upset about Starbucks now charging for the soy even with the Gold Card? Everyone keeps telling me that it is because you get drinks faster! It is still cheaper to get the soy for free!!! Thats $7.20 for the 12 drinks now instead of saving the money on the soy.

Any Walkers out there?
I see lots of runners posts, I am a walker/hiker and have currently been into hilly walks, this means I dont go to far, but I do get a good workout in, especially because the hills that I go up and down are between 10-12% inclines. Anyone else a walker?
