My local YMCA has to different levels of Adult Swim Lessons. So yours might have something like that. Mine has one where people do not know how to swim at all and then ones for people who know how to swim and want to continue stroke development. I think they have a Master's level too

I will definately check out the Fat2Fit philosophy. I am hoping to get to consistency. I think in reality though consistency for me means revolving around that number. Somedays will be more, some days will be less, but the average is what I am hoping will be there.

This is not 15lbs in 1 month, I meant losing atleast one pound a month until at my goal weight.

I am the same way...I use to train with a trainer and we would go very heavy. Even if it was 6a I would still have make-up on because when not doing a lot of cardio it stays and then the shower after I am careful with. Its the only way I can fit it all in. Sorry guys, I usually am all up for this, but I had an awful sickness get me down for a week. I have been able to get into the pool for the past two days, but today my hope is to get a few miles of walking in.

I would say yes, I sometime use hers if it is too bleak outside. It is monsoon season where I live right now...I hate treadmills too!

I do lots of blending and love it! I have been doing it for several months and can tell when I haven't had my green smoothie that day. I do fresh juices when I can, but I dont own a juicer and it gets expensive getting it from Whole Foods or Booster.

I am in the it will all even out camp too. I dont generally worry about it. I also will put a note in the diary if it is way off and there is not a clear reason why (like eating out)

My guess is that you either need to scale back your exercise, eat more, or train differently. It looks like your body could be over exhausted from that kind of working out. Do you have any of the symptoms of OverTraining Syndrome?

I eat clean the majority of the time. I would say about 75% of the time. I absolutely feel better eating that way. There are times when I eat a "natural" Annie Chun's meals when I am running low on time. I also need my starbucks at times, but am trying to cut back on those too. I had a similar experience with Metformin and refuse to go back on it ever again. I have also cut out soda and the idea of it now is awful to me (cut it out 4 years ago). Keep on truckin'

Laser didn't work for me. I had even more rounds of it than recommended and actually it made mine worse!!!! Waxing actually works better and my hair has gotten thinner

I definately dont eat THAT much fruit! Wow! Thats a ton. I think my stomach would turn inside out too much. My stomach does only have a certain tolerance for fruit, I probably pack in about 5-10 servings a day, but definately not 25lbs!!!

Tofu, tempeh, and meat substitutes are all processed foods that I usually try to avoid. You can see that I get quite a bit of my protein from black beans and they are in ever burrito that I make.

Thanks, Jawheb. I just am frustrated with my pants not fitting the way that they did not too long ago, but it very well could be the processed foods I was eating for a month or so.
