I almost feel like I shouldn't participate any longer since I've failed miserably at working out "every day." However, good habits take time to form, so here I am. I took a 30 minute walk this morning. I commend everyone who is sticking with us :-).

Another 5 miles and 14 flights of stairs. My calves are complaining today. How does Susie run those damn stairs??? I thought my heart was going to beat out of my chest! The exercise tickers have a code that you copy and paste. The weightloss ticker for MFP is can be added under settings I think. I'll have to double check…

Day 3
Looks like everyone had a great day yesterday :-). I walked more than 5 miles and 10 flights of stairs at work last night. With only 8 hours left to lay down before getting up to do it again... I'm heading to sleep. Hope this counts for a workout. Have a great day everyone!

limit cardio on weight lifting days?
Hi Everyone, I started working out on the elliptical last month and have worked up to 1- 1.5 hours/day on it 4-5 x week. So far it's really helped my weightloss and I'm committed to it. However, today I joined a gym and the trainer instructed me to limit my cardio to 25 minutes on the days I lift. Something about burning…
