How to switch from a PM to an AM exerciser
I was an afternoon exerciser before I graduated from college and now that I'm in the "real world" I'm finding I don't have the time to work out in the afternoon/evening like I used to. I'm trying to switch to the AM but 5am comes so early! Any helpful hints to nudge my butt out of bed? I've put on 10lbs trying to figure…

Detox/Cleanse help
I just got off a weekend of REALLY BAD FOOD CHOICES, and my digestive system is feeling it. Any suggestions on cost effective ways to turn me back around? I'm not craving any of the bad foods, and don't help not eating them. My body just feels like its stuck in slow motion, and I feel bloated (lovely I know), and icky.

So my question to y'all of…

Motivation tips to work out early in the morning?
I used to be an early riser but recently I can't get my butt out of bed! I usually workout in the afternoon after I get out of classes, but I'd prefer to get into the habit of working out earlier in the morning to jump start my day. Anyone have any motivational tips to help get me out of my bed at 6am? :)

Is it the scale or is it me?
I've been eating under/at my MFP goals and exercising above (like twice the amount of calories burned above) my MFP goals 90% of the time, and at first I was dropping weight at a really good clip. I've lost about 5-6lbs and suddenly BOOM no more weight loss. I'm seeing better definition in some of my muscle groups, and my…
