vertical feet and weight loss
I have been doing our treadmill minimum 5 days per week, sometimes 7, Sunday I was on there for 50 minutes, 4 miles 700 calories and did 1100 vertical feet. First 5K completed
I ran my first 5K on Thanksgiving. I didn't really train for it, I do run/walk 3 miles on the treadmill 4-5 times per week. I told myself if I had to stop and walk some of it that was ok, but I didn't. I jogged the whole thing and finished in 31 minutes! Felt so proud of myself. My NSV today
I was pretty proud of myself today, outside of being happy with my weigh in today, at work today our administrators ordered pizzas for the entire staff. Each staff could have 3 pieces. I opted for one piece and stuck with my veggies and yougurt to go with it. I was so proud of myself. Any other NSVs today?

Searching for online suport/friends
I am somewhat new to MFP, working on loosing weight after baby number two. I am searching for some MFP friends to help keep me motivated. I have hit a plateau the last couple weeks, still very motivated to get to my goal, but would like some support on here if anyone is willing :)
