I had a baby 10 months ago. I am currently 10 pounds less than my pre-baby weight and still working on loosing. A problem area for me though is my belly. It obviously doesn't go back down to what it was before getting all stretched out, but there is still some pouch there and I have been working on it but does anyone have any exercises that might help. I workout at home in the morning so any at home tips would be most beneficial.

Hi, I have an 18 month old and have been working on the belly too.
The only time my tummy is flat is when I'm flexing, mine naturally pokes out since pregnancy (X2).

I do the following 3 times a week when I'm at the gym and it's been working and I'm starting to feel and see results.

-Medicine ball russian twists: sit holding ball (I raise my feet a little) twist side to side as fast as you can for 50 twists (one side to the other=1 twist)
-Medicine ball figure eights: sit holding ball in one hand, with feet in the air raise one leg and pass the ball under the raised lef and over the lower leg. Raise the opposite knee and pass the ball back under that, do 20 passes.

If I can't go to the gym I use other things that are about 8-10 lbs in place of the medicine ball like my husband's tools or whatever.
    Good luck.

You can't spot reduce. Fat goes from where it wants to and you usually LOSE belly fat last. Nothing tightens up loose skin but time. You can do all the ab exercises you want but if there's a layer of fat and loose skin over top you won't see that muscle.

^^^^^^^^^^^ THIS A MILLION TIMES OVER. You can't "spot" reduce, you can't "target" belly fat. It will come off when it comes off. The best you can hope for is rockin' abs underneath it that will eventually show through when it does finally come off.

This. You have to keep losing weight and reducing your body fat percentage.

Ab exercises will give you core strength, but won't "melt away" your midsection fat.
