Too much sugar?
I've been logging about 2 weeks now and have gone over on sugar almost everyday. I ate a necatarine had a half cup of milk and a half tbsp of agave one day and that was it! It's summer and I dearly love summer fruits. Is fruit sugar really as bad as ice cream sugar or granulated sugar? Should I be concerned? Any thoughts…
