Need help
I have DVDs that came with a resistance band. I find that the band really folds over and sticks together. Sometimes it can take 5 minutes or so to straighten it back out for the next day. The instructors band doesn't look as twisted as mine, ideas suggestions on how not to tangle it up? Or easy way to untangle?

Fitness bands
