I just had a baby and so I'm back here to help me lose the baby weight. Does anyone know if there's a way to note that I'm breastfeeding when calculating my needed calories?

how much are you burning through exercse?
on average how many calories are you buning a day through exercise? is there a recomended amount? I have been walk/jogging 2 miles a day, 4 days a week. eating at IHOP- what should I eat?
I'm eating at IHOP this evening w/my parents and some family friends. I would not normally pick IHOP but it's their choice and I want to join for the fellowship. But I also want to choose the best meal that is going to be the most filling and nutritious for the least amount of calories. Any suggestions?

I have a 4 month old son and though he's not exclusively breast-fed I was hoping to continue to feed him about 1/2 of his daily feedings and not completely wean him. How do I factor that into the weightloss equation?
