Is anyone here dealing with LPR (silent reflux)?

Well, I tracked my calories yesterday, but did go over, again, from the late night snacking. I seem to crave carbs at night (bread, bread, bread). Best thing I could do: Go to bed earlier! I did do a yoga DVD yesterday and ran this morning, so I'm keeping up with the exercise. How did everyone do?
